Experience in Full Vehicle safety CAE performance evaluation (Frontal, Side, Rear Impact, Roof crush, Pedpro, seat pull, seatbelt anchorage) using virtual engineering tools i.e LS-Dyna, Ansa, LS- Prepost, Primer, Meta-Post.
Participate in the design reviews support the designers with the design direction for structural improvements.
Good knowledge of various safety regulations and third-party ratings requirements, eg. FMVSS, IIHS, Euro-NCAP, China-NCAP, AIS regulations.
Good understanding on safety requirements and performance targets for the body in white & full vehicle load cases like Frontal, Side, Rear Impact, Pedpro, Roof crush, seat pull, seatbelt anchorage analysis.
Ability to independently conduct safety structural simulations for Frontal, Side, Rear Impact, Pedpro, Roof crush, seat pull, seatbelt anchorage analysis and prepare detailed reports.
Hands-on experience with BiW & full vehicle model integration.
