VIRTUAL variant, where the design of experiments can be simulated, and it is best suited if the mold is in the design phase and has not yet been built. The part and mold can be optimally designed from scratch using VARIMOS Virtual.
REAL variant, where the experimental design is not simulated, but it is physically carried out on the machine. This is suitable for optimizing the process parameters for existing tools or parts that are already in the production stage or to optimize the set-up process for new molds.
CADMOULD is fully flexible and modular. Different modules can be clubbed together as a package depending on the requirements. The modules can be selected based on simulation requirements identified below.
