Job Description

• Minimum of two years of experience in Closure related systems design and application. CAD design experience – NX

Preferred Qualifications:

• Design and release experience in Body Closures Engineering.
• Experience in NX in a production release environment
• Experience in Team Center
• Strong Program management skills with a goal/target minded discipline
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong English speaking skills
• Team oriented, self-starter with demonstrated problem solving skills
• Manufacturing or launch experience
• Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Green / Black Belt
• Knowledge of materials and processes specific to closures and removable roof systems
