Experience in providing the design enablers and interaction with design engineers.
Understanding of at least one of the vehicle area Powertrain (Castings and gears), Trim (composites), BIW, Chassis.
Excellent analytical and root cause analysis.
Creating and reviewing finite element models and analysis decks for running various analyses including stiffness, strength, thermal, fatigue life, damage etc.
Results post-processing, interpretation and recommending appropriate design modifications to meet customer targets.
Preparation of analysis reports and other documentations as requested by customer.
