Job Description: 

  • Sales of CAE Software and Services: Sales visits to key accounts, primarily Auto OEMs and Tier-1s, to increase business for the company. 
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with clients 
  • Sales reports: Take ownership of targets and sales plans; review and prepare weekly/ monthly/quarterly executive reports.  
  • Management briefings: Provide regular and periodic briefings to management on current sales status relative to targets; customer and competitive market intelligence. Maintain, manage and communicate sales pipeline and status.
  • Coordinate with Product Managers and Account managers cross-functionally on respective products and services to ensure the healthy performance and growth.
  • Seek and consolidate customer feedback on a periodic basis to improve the services
  • Actively collaborate with Marketing/product teams to conduct marketing events in the assigned territory

Competency Requirements:

  • B.E/ B. Tech with 3 - 6 years of experience in selling software to Manufacturing/ Automotive industry
  • Exposure to engineering consulting, staffing and recruitment desirable
  • Knowledge of MS- Office and CRM tools is desired
  • Right attitude and Strong interpersonal skills
  • Work cooperatively and cross functionally
  • Demonstrate superior professional culture
  • Be willing to continually learn and enhance professional and personal skills
